In health terms, to be physically and mentally sharp and alert, such that we cane ward off any imminent diseases is what being in a state of physical and mental fitness means. The human body needs to be maintained to reach perfect health.
There are many reasons why you may want to go into training. These may be because we want to cut some weight or because we want to become more fit. A fitness program is essential. A fitness program helps us fit training schedules like weight loss training into our normal routine.
A good and well-designed fitness-training program depends with the kid of person undergoing it. There are fitness-training programs that will help the trainee to increase body strength, tone some weight or maintain a level of strength and fitness.

These may be sport specific. There are training programs for football players and different ones for basketball players who all have different demands.
It is possible to cover all the relevant points when training, if you are in a good schedule. Therefore, a fitness trainer has to be consulted when it is time to design a program. This should be regardless of whether we are looking for endurance, strength or flexibility.
